Let's start with our value proposition

Value proposition is the value we offer to our customers through our product. 

When should you use it? 

basically every time we communicate our product.

 

We have 3 parts, it's very simple remember:

1. Cross cultural experience 

2. Self development

3.Contributing to the world through contributing to SDGs

It's also worth to mention that it lasts from 6-8 weeks (usually 6 weeks) and in order to go you need to pay for the administration fee 699zł and you flight tickets, the rest depends on the project ;)

I'm just starting 

Pre- Attraction

during this part of the process we have to prepare ourselves for the best attraction of our times. What do we need to know/ do before starting attracting people to our product?

We already know why do we sell the product, now it's time more details what are we actually selling and to who are we selling it. Based on that we can create a more valuable sales pitch

Our Projects 

Before promoting any project make sure to be a master of the product you sell, read the Job Description, know to what countries you can send our potential Exchange Participant. Before suggesting any opportunities as a lot of questions to understand the needs of the person.

A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer based on market research and real data about your existing customers.

Now when we know who is in our target groups we can do 2 things. 

Thing #1 define the market, we know on wich faculty we will promote wich Opportunities :D 

Thing #2 customize our sales pitch to each persona. The value proposition is not changing, though each persona wants to focus on different part of it. That's why we need to know how to show it in a flexible way and wich projects to offer. 

Attraction

The fun begins here. In this part of the process we have to use our creativity and sales skills to attract our target group. How can we attract the biggest amount of people to go for exchange?

There are 2 main attraction activities you need to master in this part. Class shouts and Stands. When you do them with consistency and master the delivery there will be nothing stopping you from sending even 100 people on exchange in one peak!

SOP 

Our Standard Operational Procedures

this are actions that guide us on how can we provide more and better experiences for our customers. This part is going to be divided in 3 levels, from "I'm just starting" to "Mastering the SOPs" take what you need from that part!

Let's go beyond basics

Pre- Attraction

during this part of the process we have to prepare ourselves for the best attraction of our times. What do we need to know/ do before starting attracting people to our product?

This is our offline routine

during this time we need to make sure that:

1. We have permission for our promotional stands and class shouts 

2. We have all the needed materials we will use during this time and we have people responsible for delivering the activities

3. We have our sales peach prepared

plan it with your team

1. Set deadlines 

2. Set who is the person responsible

3. follow up on the progress

Attraction

The fun begins here. In this part of the process we have to use our creativity and sales skills to attract our target group. How can we attract the biggest amount of people to go for exchange?

the main role of a Team Leader during attraction phase is to implement the routine, set goals for each activity and keep the team accountable towards what you agreed on before

during weekly meetings set a goal of applicants to your partner LC project 

 

(for example: 2 APL to Trento in Italy for Edu Change)

Align all the promotional actions and sales pitch accordingly. Set clear responsible. And ask about it during next Team Meeting.
