DANIEL
Member Committee President (MCP). Daniel is our national president, and final representative before AIESEC globally and external stakeholders. He leads the MC team and the body of local presidents (LCPs).
POLA
Head of outgoing Gobal Volunteer product (MCVP oGV). Inside Operations team, Pola is the final responsible for oGV operations in Poland, and all strategies related to the product. She is the leader of the oGV local teams.
KASIA
Head of incoming Gobal Volunteer product (MCVP iGV). Inside Operations team, Kasia is the final responsible for iGV operations in Poland, and all strategies related to the product. She is the leader of the iGV local teams.
DANIELA
Head of outgoing Gobal Internships products (MCVP oGT/oGE). Inside Operations team, Dany is the final responsible for oGT and oGE operations in Poland, and all strategies related to the products. She is the leader of the oGT and oGE local teams.
MONIKA
Head of incoming Gobal Internships product (MCVP iGT). Inside Operations team, Monia is the final responsible for iGT operations in Poland, and all strategies related to the product. She is the leader of the iGT local teams.
LOUZ
Head of Operations (MCVP CXO), Louz is the team leader of the Operations department. He's the responsible for general international relations with other entities, operations strategies and managing the Entity Control Board (ECB).
CRISTINA
Head of Organization Development (MCVP OD), team leader of the OD department. She's the final responsible for OD processes, managing the growth model, expansions model, conference cycle and working with the LCPs sub-committees.
ISAAC
Entity Development Director (MC OD Entity Dev.). Inside the OD processes, Isaac manages the projects related to LC Coaching System, Internal Communication and national Rewards & Recognition systems.
MAGNUM
Data Specialist Director (MC OD Data Sp.). Inside the OD processes, Magnum manages the projects related to Teamsters (EST) management, data tracking systems, reporting processes and information accessibility (he's the final responsible for our hub).
ALEKSANDER
Head of Business to Business Marketing (MCVP B2B). Olek is the responsible for national B2B strategies, supporting ICX products. He is the final manager of Let Me Polish You brand, Global Host project, our social media for ICX attraction and also the aiesec.pl platform.
FAREH
Head of Business to Customer Marketing (MCVP B2C). Fareh is the responsible for national B2C strategies, supporting OGX products. He is the leader of the B2C local teams, manages our digital marketing and social media for OGX attraction.
TERE
Head of Talent Management (MCVP TM). Tere is the final responsible for membership strategies, from recruitment to education, Team Standards implementation and HR retention and productivity. She is the leader of the local VPs TM.
KEDRA
Head of Finances & Legality (MCVP F&L). Kędra is the final responsible for managing financial resources and legalities of AIESEC for Poland, for Finance Standards implementation and other strategies regarding the area. She is the leader of the local VPs F&L.

ALEKSANDRA
Head of Partnerships Development (MCVP PD). Aleksandra "Ippo" is the team leader of the PD department, head of the PD local teams, and also manages some of our national partners accounts.
MARIA
Head of Public Relations (MCVP PR). Inside the PD team, Maszka manages institutional relationships with external stakeholders, press, media, and also manages brand positioning projects such as YouthSpeak and World's Largest Lesson.
KASIA
Head of Partnerships for Youth (MC PD4Y). Inside the PD team, Kasia is responsible for projects where partnerships contribute to exchanges. She manages PD projects such as Pracodawca Roku® and also manages some of our national partners accounts.
KRZYSZTOF
Head of Dni Kariery® (MC Head of Careey Days). Inside the PD team, Krzysztof is the head of the main PD product we run (Dni Kariery®), and also manages some of our national partners accounts.
