Every organization has it's own, unique culture, and AIESEC has it as well. But, as you probably already know, our culture is simply - the best!
Roll Calls
Roll Calls are huge things in AIESEC. They bond and represent the team and are seen as an identity of an entity. Even if you're not a perfect dancer, steps are easy to follow, and you won't even notice knowing numerous steps right after your first conference.

Shouts
You will hear them, trust me. Whether it is the local or national conference, or maybe your LC meeting. This is another part of teams identity. In Poland, every structure (so iGV, oGV etc.) and LC has it's own, unique shout. Do you know your LC shout already?
IGV IS HOT TO GO, H O T T O G O, AU HOT TO GO, AU HOT TO GO!
I have a challenge for you: Ask your LCP about AIESEC for Poland shout and start it on your next LCM!
Sugar cubes
In every AIESEC conference you'll make a friend that lives far away and you'll have to tell him or her goodbye eventually. This is kind sad, right?
This is why we have something called Sugar Cubes, and they are, literally, sweetness in an envelope. You'll see in any AIESEC conference numberless envelopes with the name of everyone that is attending to that conference, and you're more then invited to write down a special note for your friend and put it inside. Doesn't need to be necessarily your friend, it can be to anyone you fell like.
When you're heading home, feeling nostalgic already, you can open your envelope and see what people wrote for you!
